What are you supposed to do?


Step 1 - Collect all relevant information.


The first step is to document your equipment. It involves taking photos that illustrate the condition of the equipment and information about the make, model and year of manufacture, and other data such as dimensions and weight. Just send us the photos and we'll take care of the rest.


Step 2 - Placing on our site and marketing


When we get the photos and information of the equipment we start contacting the potential buyers.


Step 3 - Response to buyers


Interested customers contact us and we work directly with them to ensure that the equipment in question meets the objectives. 

Our action is to obtain all the data on the equipment and to negotiate with the customer.


Step 4 - Reception and payment to the seller


After trading the best value, GearLink receives from the buyer and we verify authenticity. We then transfer the money to your account.

So the risk is zero for your company.


Step 5 - We complete the transfer


As soon as the payment is confirmed, we agree on the pick-up date and location so that the buyer can plan the shipment. 

In order to avoid the risk of damage in the cargo operation, we invite the company to attend the operation.
